Why Job Genesis exists
Job boards made applying easy and getting hired harder. Employers drown in unfiltered applications; strong candidates disappear into applicant tracking systems and never hear back. Both sides end up frustrated — and the match that should have happened doesn't.
Job Genesis was founded to fix that with a smaller, more human model: a curated network of Canadian professionals, honest conversations on both sides, and technology — including AI — used to speed up matching, never to replace judgment.
That perspective comes from experience. Madhav has spent over a decade in product roles across consulting, insurance, and banking, hiring and building teams along the way. He's also written two practical guides on using AI in the job search, including Prompt Engineering for Job Seekers — because the same tools reshaping hiring should work for candidates, too.
